For over a decade, my mission has been to use evidence-based approaches to research, design, and strategy to measurably improve people’s lives with digital, physical, and omnichannel experiences.
What is experience design?
Experience design refers to the entire creative process used in creating or improving a range products or service offerings, to include research, analysis, design, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
Experience design is an umbrella term which covers many related disciplines, including:
user experience (UX)
customer experience (CX)
employee experience (EX)
service design
… among others
What defines experience design is not its media, but its methodology, and its primary goal of improving outcomes for customers and businesses alike, be they physical or digital experiences.
